Watermarks on htc remove help?

My HTC was on my table with my earphones in... how ever my slighly movement ripped my phone away into the toilet, i got it out quick, checked if everything works (IT DOES) but slightly blinky... so its in rice now.. but there were slight water marks on the screen, will this remove and if not how can i get i removed? (i dont want to have to send my phone to another country again! when i got my touch screen replaced before)
