Copyright Laws, help?

I want to make a Disney fan made music video. I may want to upload it to YouTube. Do I need written permission/to pay money to use the clips/music? Will I get sued? My video taken down? There are many other videos like this and I doubt they all payed for permission to use the material. Help, what can I do?
