I want to know if i should go screen printing as opposed to heat pressing for my new business,?

i want the best quality, and i will be printing polo's, t shirts and other thick material as well as graphics from my computer screen to t shirts. Also i wanna be doing sports jerseys too, so what are the difference in quality between the two?
