Are there any websites for writing short story/fiction and self publishing like Blogspot?

Are there any websites where you can write short stories or long stories and publish the material as you write? As far as I can tell Blogspot is not set up for this(?) ...or maybe you can reformat the page to accommodate fiction writing? Anyone know of such a website?
